Returns:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your jacket must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags (Pelle Chic labels) still attached.
Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized/Bespoke Jackets: Any jacket that has been custom-made to your specific measurements or features personalized modifications cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance sale are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- After inspection, if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Payoneer/Credit Card/Bank Transfer).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pellechic9@gmail.com.
6. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will prioritize your case for a replacement or full refund.
